Working with Coffee

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does my coffee stay fresh?

Coffee generally lasts for 1-2 weeks after opening when stored properly in an airtight container at room temperature. While it's still safe to consume after this period, the flavor and aroma will degrade over time. Unopened ground coffee can last for several months in a cool, dark, and dry place.

How long before I receive my order?

We take pride in roasting our coffee beans to order, ensuring you receive the freshest coffee possible. Please note that the roasting process may take a couple of days, but rest assured, your beans be shipped immediately after roasting. Expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location, and you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

What’s the best way to store my coffee?

The best way to store coffee, whether whole bean or ground, is in an opaque, airtight container, kept in a cool, dark, and dry place. Avoid storing coffee in the refrigerator or freezer due to condensation issues. For long-term storage, vacuum sealing can help preserve freshness.
