Refund Policy

☕ First-Time Customer?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your first bag of coffee, we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked, and there’s no need to return the product.

 

 

📦 For Returning Customers:

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products after your first order—unless your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

  • Refunds do not include original shipping charges, unless the error was due to our shipping department.

  • Ground shipping costs are only refundable if your order was damaged in transit and we were at fault.

 

 

⏱️ Report Damages Within 48 Hours:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges or refunds for damage claims made after 48 hours.
